Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are FINAL, which means we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please make sure to read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any concerns about the safety of your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to request additional delivery safeguards.

Additionally, please make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Damaged Items

We understand the importance of receiving your items in perfect condition. That's why we always take special care in packing all fragile items with extra precautions to ensure that they arrive at your doorstep without a scratch. However, we also understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit and your items may arrive damaged.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly request that you send us a video recording of you opening the package from start to finish without any pause or cuts. This video recording will help us assess the damage and provide you with the appropriate refund or replacement. Without a video recording, we will not be able to process your refund or replacement request.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue. In order to assist you better, we may ask you to provide a video of you opening the package from start to finish without any pause or cuts. This will help us understand what went wrong with your order and prevent any confusion or misunderstandings.

Shipping

For made-to-order items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We understand that waiting can be difficult, but our small team is dedicated to crafting each item to perfection just for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create something truly special.

For ready-to-ship items or items that are already in stock, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

Order Tracking
